For the first time, Khloe Kardashian flat-out admitted that she’s back together with Tristan Thompson during the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion, which was filmed in April 2021. Khloe confirmed that she and Tristan were NOT together romantically while filming the show’s 20th season during the second half of 2020. However, she didn’t hold back from explaining why she took the NBA star back, despite him cheating on her twice.
“We just really became genuine, great friends with one another and great co-parents,” Khloe explained. “He’s a great dad. It was just this natural progression. I’m not saying it’s what I would encourage other people to do, it’s just what naturally happened for him and I.”
Host Andy Cohen grilled Khloe about whether or not she fully trusts Tristan again. Although she beat around the bush a little with her answer, she explained that she’s just taking things “day by day,” and shared why she’s confident enough that Tristan is committed to her. “I can’t worry too much about everything else,” she said. “I know the growth and all the work that he’s done. I know the help he’s got and the constant efforts that he makes every single day and how hard he fought to get back with me. You can ask everyone — it really wasn’t an easy thing for him. But I don’t understand why someone would go through all that if they weren’t serious.”
Tristan first cheated on Khloe just days before she gave birth to their daughter, True Thompson, in 2018. She eventually took him back, but they broke up when he cheated on her again in Jan. 2019. This time, it was with Kylie Jenner’s best friend, Jordyn Woods. “I personally don’t talk to [Jordyn],” Khloe admitted. “But I think she’s doing really well in her personal life.”
However, Khloe made sure to clear up the popular misconception that she forgave Tristan and NOT Jordyn for the indiscretion. “I don’t have any grudge against Jordyn,” she insisted. “I think people make mistakes. People live and they learn. I forgive both parties. How could I forgive Tristan and then not Jordyn? That sounds asinine in my opinion. I do forgive Jordyn or I would be a prisoner in my own life. But it’s up to them to forgive themselves and be accountable and learn and hopefully not repeat the same cycles. But, of course, I forgive Jordyn.”
Kylie also weighed in about where she stands with her former BFF. “Jordyn and I did have a talk after that,” she revealed. “When we were friends, we never thought we wouldn’t be friends. It was kind of an overnight thing. When she did something to my family, it felt like she did something to me.”
Khloe made it clear, though, that she never stopped Kylie from being friends with the model. “I have told Kylie intimately that I would genuinely not care if Kylie wants to be friends with her again,” she said. “My sisters matter way more to me than any grudge or issues that I would have with another individual. If I can allow Tristan back into my life, I need to allow the same forgiveness and acceptance of other people. We’ve had these conversations — if Kylie wants Jordyn to be her friend, that’s up to Kylie.”
She also added, “I said a hundred times, I never want Kylie to fast forward ten years and be like, ‘I really regret not getting to be friends with Jordyn again’ or have resentment towards me. I don’t care enough [about the situation] to ever hurt my sister.” Khloe also said that Jordyn never personally apologized to her or sent her a letter like she said she was going to.
Meanwhile, now that Khloe and Tristan are back together, they’re working on expanding their family. On season 20 of KUWTK, the two froze embryos and began the process of looking for a surrogate. By the time of the reunion, they were still on that journey. “It’s a very tedious, hard process,” Khloe revealed. “It’s a lot to do with COVID. I did have [a surrogate] and it fell through. There’s so many tests they have to do and all these things. I just thought it would be a much easier process and it’s not. It’s challenging for me.”
Andy Cohen threw in a few questions about Rob Kardashian during the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion, even though Rob wasn’t at the taping to speak for himself. His sister, Khloe Kardashian, spoke on his behalf. First, Andy wondered what made Rob decide to start sporadically appearing on the show again in the most recent season. Rob was a regular on the show in the beginning, then completely disappeared. When he started dating Blac Chyna in 2016, fans saw him on TV more (they even had their own spin-off), but after the split, he was mostly M.I.A. once again.
“I think he just needed a break,” Khloe explained. “It’s not so much about physical appearance, it’s a lot about how he felt internally about some of the women in his life and how they treated him or how he felt they might have used him to get to certain areas or levels. I think that really affected him. My brother’s such a lover and has the most incredible heart and personality. I think he’s just getting stronger and I think you have to get heartbroken and learn from your mistakes. I think he’s stronger and feeling better to be around and be more vulnerable or exposed.”
Rob and Chyna split at the end of 2016. At the time, their spin-off show, Rob & Chyna, had plans to film a second season. However, production did not go through after the breakup, and Chyna has accused Rob and his family of interfering and causing the cancellation. She also claimed that racism was the cause of Rob & Chyna being cancelled, which the KarJenners clapped back at.
Additionally, Rob and Chyna have been involved in their own legal messes over the years, including a revenge porn case and claims of domestic violence. Regardless, the two have had to figure out a way to co-parent their four-year-old daughter, Dream Kardashian. During the KUWTK reunion, Andy asked Khloe whether that’s been hard for Rob.
“I’m sure it is,” she admitted. “We could only imagine how hard that is. I know he feels really guilty about that, so none of us ever made him feel bad about it. Dream is honestly one of the most incredible little girls in the entire world. We never blur the two. We separate completely. We respect that Chyna is the mother of Dream and always respect that that’s her position. We never try to make Rob feel any more guilty. That’s out of his control.”
Still, these days “Rob is feeling really good about himself,” Khloe confirmed. She added, “He’s working really hard on himself. I think before he did something like this, where he has to address the part that made him want to take a break, [he can start fresh].” She also confirmed that her brother is dating again, but would not say if there’s one specific special person in his life or not.
Khloe Kardashian has been the victim of social media criticism for years, with fans claiming her face has “changed drastically” since she first came into the spotlight. On part two of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion, Khloe set the record straight about exactly what work she has had done on her face. “Everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’” she recalled. “I’ve had one nose job. Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me! You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose.”
She also admitted to having “injections” in her face, but said she doesn’t really ever get Botox due to previously “responding horribly” to it. However, even though Khloe has been dealing with haters for years, the talk online admittedly still gets to her. “When the show first started, I was very secure,” she admitted. “Then, during the first couple of seasons, I became insecure because of the public opinions of myself. Then, I had a good run of being secure. Then, I think recently, I’ve become insecure again. I guess it just goes up and down.”
Khloe explained that she was always confident in herself until others started pointing out her “flaws.” “That’s when all the narrative of being ‘fugly’ or crazy things that I wasn’t even aware of about myself [came about],” she said. “I think that’s when I started to become hard on myself because I was like, ‘Oh, this is how other people perceive me.’”
Of course, the reality star’s mom, Kris Jenner, has always had her back. “There’s a crazy environment and culture on the Internet of this bullying that is just so bad,” Kris ranted. “I think we know all the statistics and suicide rates and all that, but I think people just don’t realize when they do it anonymously, they think they can go on and say anything they want. It’s so cruel and so bad for someone’s mental health to just keep getting badgered all the time.”
Although Khloe is usually able to ignore the haters online, she did clap back at one video about her appearance in March. “What I am asking for is people to realize just what articles like this does to someone’s soul and confidence,” she said. “I am so very appreciative of anyone who stands up to bullying or people writing stories simply for clickbait.”
Unlike her sisters, Kendall Jenner has always kept her relationships off the show. The supermodel is now dating NBA star Devin Booker, who never appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. She opened up on the KUWTK reunion about why she’s chosen to keep her relationship with her “boyfriend” private despite being in the public eye so much.
“I feel like it’s always worked better for me that way,” Kendall admitted in front of her sisters. “And no offense to my older sisters at all, but I think that Kylie [Jenner] and I specifically have had the opportunity to watch my older sisters go through marriages and relationships and breakups and all these things and do them pretty publicly.”
She added, “Again, no offense to you guys at all, but I think it was a personal preference from a really young age that I didn’t really want to like… I think it makes my life a lot easier and our relationship a lot better to be completely honest. I just feel like it’s a private matter. It’s not really for anybody else to judge or know.”
In the past, Kendall has dated other famous NBA players like Jordan Clarkson, Blake Griffin, and Ben Simmons. She clarified that she doesn’t only date NBA hotshots. “I don’t only date basketball players if anyone’s ever done their research,” she said during the reunion. “I’m not ashamed that I have a type. And I’m also a genuine basketball fan so that just kind of you know, has happened.”
She’s right, though. Kendall famously dated Grammy winner Harry Styles. They were on-again, off-again from 2013 to 2016. They remain good friends today despite their romantic relationship not lasting. The model also had a brief fling with Anwar Hadid, Gigi and Bella Hadid’s younger brother.
Scott Disick joined the second and final part of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reunion on June 20. Andy Cohen asked him point-blank if he’s given his blessing to ex Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker. “I mean, yeah,” Scott said. “You know, I think if you really somebody, right? Like, you want them to be happy no matter what. So, I do give her a blessing to be happy.”
Andy then asked Kourtney if she’s given her blessing to Scott and Amelia Hamlin, his newest girlfriend. “Yeah. Whoever would make him happy. Like, I would give my blessing,” she said.
Over the course of the last season of KUWTK, Scott and Kourtney were candid about the state of their relationship. At one point, Scott told Kourt that he would marry her “right now.” By the end of the season, Scott had accepted that he and Kourtney would remain just friends.
Scott and Kourtney’s relationship was filled with tumultuous ups and downs. Scott and Kourtney both admitted that they would probably still be together if he’d maintained his sobriety. Kourtney raved that she and Scott are “great friends and co-parents” to their 3 kids: Mason, Penelope, and Reign. Scott added, “We’re family. I think we always will be.” They also confirmed to Andy and the other KarJenners that they had not hooked up in the last 5 years.
The former couple has moved on to new relationships. Kourtney is now dating the Blink-182 drummer. Scott was dating Sofia Richie for a number of years before breaking up in 2020. The 38-year-old is now dating Amelia, 20, who is 18 years his junior. Scott opened up about his relationships with younger women. “Everybody gets this wrong that I look for young girls,” Scott said during the reunion. “I don’t go out looking for young girls. They happen to be attracted to me… because I look young.”
Katy Perry, 36, has jetted off on a European vacation with her baby girl Daisy Dove and fiance Orlando Bloom, 44. The “Teenage Dream” hitmaker carried the 10 month old bub on her hip while visiting the Greek Peloponnese region, and was joined by the family’s adorable dog, Buddy — see all the sweet pics. Katy stunned in a purple one-piece swimsuit with thick straps, as she accessorized with a colorful puka shell necklace and matching drop earrings.
The couple were also joined by Orlando’s son Flynn, 10, whom he shares with Miranda Kerr, 38. The foursome were all smiles as they splashes about in the water, before heading up to the showers to rinse off. Little Daisy rocked a baby pink top with bright pink shorts, while her mom swept her hair back and wore a straw hat for sun protection. Meanwhile, the father-of-two went showcased his muscular torso, wearing nothing but a pair of red swimming trunks.
The “Dark Horse” hitmaker recently opened up about her other half, and gushed about his parenting skills. “I was able to witness him and his fatherhood,” Katy told L’Officiel USA. “The way that he showed up for him and continues to show up for him, and the efforts that he makes and the distance he goes, I think that’s one of the reasons I made that conscious decision. I was like, ‘Here’s the father of my future children.’”
She continued, “This is his first girl, so it’s a totally different feeling for him. I’m really, really grateful to have him. And he really shows up in a huge emotional way, which is unique for me.” The couple, who welcomed their daughter Daisy in August 2020, have been enjoying a summer getaway. The happy family were spotted enjoying a gondola ride in Italy with their kids, taking in the scenery during the June 16 outing.
Fan-favorite Bachelor Nation star Tyler Cameron has opened up about longtime host Chris Harrison departing The Bachelor franchise. As fans would recall, Chris exited the series after he defended Rachel Kirkconnell for attending an “Old South” antebellum-themed party in college. The Bachelorette alum, who appeared on Hannah Brown‘s season of the show, spoke to HollywoodLife exclusively about the former host’s departure, saying the franchise was going in the “right direction”. Tyler added, “I think both parties are happy and if everyone’s happy then that’s the best thing for everyone … I wish him the most success and wish him well on his next journey.”
The Florida native, who is currently dating Camila Kendra, also opened up about reuniting with his BFF Matt James and season 25 winner Rachael Kirkconnell, who recently rekindled their romance. “It was good to see him,” Tyler told HL. “He’s been locked up with his girlfriend for a little bit [but] I’m excited for him, they seem very happy together.” Although Tyler didn’t find love when he appeared on the popular ABC dating series, he quickly became a fan-favorite, and was labelled a feminist icon after telling Hannah B he would “never pressure” her into anything she wasn’t comfortable with.
He revealed that feminism would be among the topics in his upcoming book, You Deserve Better: What Life Has Taught Me About Love, Relationships, and Becoming Your Best Self. “Surprisingly, I was praised as this feminist icon and all these things [but] I didn’t do anything special,” he explained. “We have a long ways to go … [the book] is about setting the standard higher and then being better.” Tyler also told HL that the memoir would touch on topics that might surprise fans.
“I went through depression and I’ve battled some things myself,” he said. “But I’m very excited to share a lot about my life, my dating past, and the way I see things.” Tyler, who has teamed up with Smirnoff for their Red, White & Berry ‘Summer of 2,021 Dreams’ promotion, also revealed some of his upcoming summer plans. “I’m a Jupiter boy [so] getting on the water is one of my favorite things to do, and enjoying a few seltzers,” he said. “It’s time to make 2021 the best summer yet. We really want to give back to those who had a rough summer in 2020.” Enter online for your chance to win one of Smirnoff’s 2021 dreams.
Brian Littrell, 46, is opening up about being a dad to his talented son Baylee, 18, who’s working toward a career in the music industry, and even teased a collaboration between them in the future! The Backstreet Boys singer sat down with the teen for an EXCLUSIVE interview on TV Talk with HollywoodLife and they both gushed over the father-son bond they share as well as what they appreciate about each other.
“I’m just elated. I’m so proud of him,” Brian told us about Baylee getting into music just like he did. “He’s super inspiring to watch as he writes and he does music and performs and all of that stuff. He’s a great guitar player. He can play his little butt off. It’s great to watch. As long as he keeps his head on straight which I think he’s done a great job with.”
Since Baylee, whose mother is Leighanne Wallace, grew up around Brian’s success with the Backstreet Boys, he learned a lot about the music industry by simply being around the group and their shows, and he calls it “a mind blowing” experience.
“Seriously one of the most memorable things in my life was being out on the road with my dad and being a part and the boys always did an amazing job of making me feel a part since I can remember,” Baylee said during the interview before talking directly to Brian for a moment. “One of my first memories that I can seriously remember is a music video you guys were shooting for “Never Gone.” They were doing the album cover and shooting the picture and I just remember you guys doing that and that’s one of the first things I can seriously remember and all of the way up until now.”
“I can’t tell you how monumental it’s been to grow up and see my dad’s work and not many people get to experience that,” he added. “So to see it and try and attempt it myself, it’s kind of mind blowing, honestly.”
Baylee also opened up about the “best piece of advice” Brian has ever given to him. “I think the best piece of advice that my dad has given me and my mom is to just stay true to yourself and whatever you’re doing, it doesn’t have to be music, which is the beauty of it,” he explained. “My dad has been supportive of me no matter what my life goals were, whether it was college or it was music or whatever I would try to do. He would say ‘stay true to yourself’ and it applies for anything you do in life. I think it was the best piece of advice anybody could give you.”
As far as a possible collaboration in the future, Brian and Baylee are definitely down for it but are not sure when it would happen. “Who knows. As Baylee grows in the industry, I would love to do a father son duo album with him,” Brian said. “I think that would be something great. I think we sound a lot alike. He can do a lot of things with his voice at an early age and he’s a great, great singer, great writer, great performer. Who knows? Father son duo? I’m not mad at that at all.”
Since Brian and Baylee’s bond seems so strong, it would make sense that their Father’s Day celebration would be amazing. The former revealed that although he planned to start the special day simple with, “maybe just coffee in bed,” he and his family were also “going to be traveling to Utah.” Here’s to hoping he and Baylee find time to make some more memorable musical moments!
Dancing with the Stars pro Gleb Savchenko, 37, has had to adjust to co-parenting this year after he and his wife, Elena Samodanova, 36, decided to call it quits after two kids and 14 years of marriage. “Life happens,” Gleb told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY during an episode of TVTalk on Instagram Live on June 19. “Things happen. You want to live your life. You want to be happy. Whatever happens, I have two amazing, two girls and we’re both co-parenting,” he said, referencing his daughters Olivia, 10, and Zlata, 3.
Gleb took to social media on Nov. 6 to announce the split, followed by Elena officially filing for divorce in Dec. 2020. Although names were never used, Elena accused her ex of being unfaithful as rumors swirled that Gleb and his season 29 partner Chrishell Stause, 39, were getting romantic — something both parties denied. “No wife should ever stand by and watch while another woman gifts her husband expensive presents, lures him out to dinners and seduces him at every turn,” Elena told People magazine. “Last night was the final straw, and I can no longer turn my head the other way. My trust in Gleb is irrevocably broken and it is time that I walk away and begin to heal so I can be the best version of myself for my girls.”
Gleb, who released his own statement asking for privacy and debunking Elena’s claims, is trying his best to be a good father and put his girls first as the divorce process carries on. “We have two kids and less stress and just take it day by day, take it easy, no drama, no hate, no arguments in front of the kids,” Gleb added. “Try to be your best version of the parents you possibly can and do everything for the kids because the kids are the most important thing and that’s it. That’s it, really.”
In recent months, the former couple have been able to maintain a strong co-parenting relationship as headed to Jamaica for an early Father’s Day celebration. “We’re here on vacation, together,” Gleb confirmed. “Because we’re still going through a divorce…we have two different rooms and she’s with Zlata and I’m with Olivia doing activities. Olivia’s 10 and Zlata’s 3, so we kind of found this great, kind of like timing when I’m with the little one and she’s with the little one and we switch, doing different stuff.”
The parents have an agreement to keep their conversations private, which seems to have helped them find their groove. “We have an agreement we don’t talk about anything else besides the kids, in front of the kids, and this is for them,” Gleb added. “This whole holiday trip that was planned before COVID. It works great. It’s all good. It’s a process and I have lots of love and respect, but things happen to everybody, right?” he explained.
Despite the split, Gleb seemed over-the-moon to be celebrating Father’s Day with his little ones. “To me, every day is Father’s Day to me with my kids. Every day is Father’s Day to me with my kids. I literally do everything starting with brushing teeth and brushing hair, dressing them, the whole thing which I love. I absolutely love. It’s amazing. I just love being a dad. It’s the best thing anyone can wish for,” he also told HL.
